- Survey
- Home warranty application
- Contractual agreements
- Amendments to the contract
- Escrow agreements
- Lien waivers
- City letters
- Title policy
- Closing/escrow statement
- Affidavits
- Coordinate receipt of keys
- Provide you with closing checklist of items for the closing or settlement
Remind you to coordinate the following one week prior to closing or settlement:
- Transfer utilities
- Check electric garage door openers
- Change address
- Arrange for moving company or truck rental
- If moving out of state, to obtain medical, school or banking records
