Today I'll show you a quick comparison of what happened in Burbank, Glendale, and the North Hollywood markets between September 2020 and September 2021:

  • Last September we had 237 closed sales. This year we only had 187. That’s down by 26%.

  • Prices have increased by 13% year over year. The average sales price last September was $908,000. This year it was $1.03 million.

  • The average price per square foot last year was $574. This year it increased by 11% to $641.

  • This past week, interest rates went up by 0.125% to 0.25%, depending on the type of loan. This is the highest that rates have been since last June
