Here are the latest numbers to know in the Burbank real estate market.

Today I have a brief market comparison for you. I’ll compare the October 2021 numbers for Burbank, Glendale, and North Hollywood to the numbers we saw in October 2020.

In October 2020, we had 253 closed sales. In October 2021, we had 215. That’s a 17% decline. 


In October 2020, the average sale price was $888,000. In October 2021, it was $953,000, which is a 7% increase.

The price per square foot is also up from $571 in October 2020 to $688 in October 2021. That’s a 6% jump. Finally, mortgage interest rates are up 0.5% from October 2020.
