Here’s what you need to know about California’s Dream for All program.

Now is the time to sign up for the Dream for All loan program! Today, I'd like to highlight the four key points of this exciting program:

1. Generous grant. Receive a grant of up to $150,000, equivalent to 20% of the purchase price. This grant serves as a solid second, with no interest and no required payments.

2. California homes eligibility. This program applies to any home within California. Specifically designed for first-time homebuyers.

3. Voucher requirement. To participate, obtain a voucher by getting approved through a CalHFA lender.

4. Program launch date. The program is set to kick off on April 24, 2024. My advice to all clients is to start the process promptly. By securing your voucher early, you'll be well-prepared to take advantage of this fantastic loan opportunity once the program launches in April.
