Sharing a few tips agents need to hear to succeed for the rest of 2023.

Today, we’re here to check in at the middle of the year and give you a few pointers. First, know that open houses are a great way to meet new people and gain clients in today’s competitive market. 

In addition, know that you need to be serious about your speed to lead. Clients will click through multiple sites to find information on a property, so you need to act quickly to get your leads. We have one contact whose speed to lead is five seconds or less. Therefore, you should call, text, and email people as quickly as possible. 

As you work hard at increasing your speed to lead, you also need to make sure you’re attempting contact enough times to get clients. Many agents give up after one, two, or three attempts. However, it takes an average of 6.1 attempts to get a buyer or seller in today’s market. Therefore, keep prospecting and don’t stop until you’ve pushed past around eight contacts.
